I did like this book very Kirsten Ashley in style but by a quarter of the book it was pretty obvious who the bad guys were and what they wanted and how they were going to get it. Well written few grammatical mistakes or spelling errors could have been more developed character wise.One thing to note I'm a 20 page rule girl meaning if the book doesn't capture my interest in the first 20 pages I don't usually finish it( a couple of exceptions Rapine wanted to see how bad it could get and it did go from bad to worse) however this book I'm glad I stuck with it.
It did surprise me as the first few pages didn't really excite me but in the end the story did capture my attention and in future I would read other books by this author.
